Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Operations Specialist to join our team at the Kheir Center. As a key member of our Compliance and Credentialing teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets all necessary laws, regulations, and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve complex compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Policy Development
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Audits and Investigations
    • Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance risks, and investigate complaints and violations.
  • Staff Training and Education
    • Provide training and education to staff on compliance policies and procedures, and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to identify and mitigate compliance risks, and communicate compliance-related information to stakeholders.
  • Staying Current with Regulatory Requirements
    • Stay up-to-date on changes to healthcare regulations and laws, and ensure our organization is in compliance with all relevant requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with a strong background in regulatory requirements and compliance policy development.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to research and resolve complex compliance issues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in record-keeping and data analysis.
