Global Channel Management, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's operations are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of regulatory, contractual, and safety requirements for permits, inspections, and certifications.
- Track due dates and ensure timely payments for compliance-related work.
- Implement a process for documenting and tracking non-compliances issued by authorities.
- Manage contractual reporting and submittals.
- Oversee compliance management and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in workforce contract compliance requirements, data collection, and document generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, and data entry.
- Experience with project scheduling tools, desktop publishing, and database applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMMS (QFM) software.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the industry.
