Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at Actalent. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle high-volume calls and emails while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to patients and healthcare providers regarding medication availability, tracking, and shipping.
  • Assist patients with their application process for services and ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy and customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
