Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
  • Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed.
  • Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient's healthcare provider.

Requirements:
  • Pharmacy experience and knowledge of pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position Monday to Friday in Louisville, Kentucky. You will be working in a close-door pharmacy environment, talking to patients and providers on the phone. Calls are auto-connected, so you will be on the phone constantly. 3-week training in person (8:30am to 5pm).
