Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Covenant Health. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our patients and staff, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collect and process patient information, including demographic and insurance data.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a patient service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
