Key Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Specialist:

  • Forge and sustain enduring business and client connections by engaging directly with clients and customers on a daily basis.
  • Diagnose, address, and provide clients with effective solutions to their inquiries and challenges.
  • Facilitate open communication among our clients, their consumers, and our Client Relations Team.
  • Leverage product expertise to promote additional products and services as necessary, assisting our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver personalized purchasing experiences and exemplary customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order processing is completed and installation schedules are established.
  • Record client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all information to our Senior Client Relations Specialists.
  • Work alongside fellow Client Relations Specialists and other Customer Service and Sales team members to achieve all sales objectives.

The Ideal Candidate for the Client Relationship Specialist Role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar fields is preferred.
  • People-oriented with a passion for relationship building.
  • Charismatic and approachable demeanor that positively influences fellow team members.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-focused and proactive in addressing unforeseen challenges.
