Job Overview

Sanhua International is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive business growth. This pivotal role focuses on nurturing existing client partnerships while actively pursuing new business opportunities for our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Client Accounts: Cultivate and expand client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and engagement with our offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with the sales team to meet targets while maintaining high client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate quotations and product designs.
  • Ensure Timely Deliveries: Oversee the successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs, including tracking sales and managing inventory levels effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, particularly within the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements.
