Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs and banking channel preferences.
  • Identify Solutions: Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.

  • Open New Accounts: Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically 4-5 Years of Job-Related, Retail Banking Experience
  • Proven Ability to Build and Foster Relationships
  • Ability to Effectively Engage and Communicate with Clients
  • Thorough Knowledge of Applicable Bank and Branch Policies, Procedures, and Support Systems
  • Thorough Knowledge of All Retail Products and Services
  • Proven Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Participating in Sales Campaigns/Promotions
  • Experience with Using and Demonstrating Digital Products and Self-Service Technologies
