Job Overview

We are a dynamic consulting and sales organization dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients. As our clientele continues to grow, we are seeking motivated individuals to become part of our account management and sales division as an Entry-Level Account Management Specialist. Our mission is to support our clients in fostering robust connections with their potential customers, securing new accounts, enhancing their sales performance, and broadening their market presence.


Key Responsibilities in Account Management:

  • Engage directly with prominent business and consumer prospects to present information and cultivate enduring customer relationships.
  • Inform potential clients about our offerings, current promotions, and enhanced services.
  • Assist clients in securing new accounts and managing market expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced Senior Account Managers to gain comprehensive insights into our clients' marketing initiatives, sales tactics, and objectives.
  • Review sales agreements with clients, address their concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling relevant products and services that benefit both parties.
  • Participate in all conference calls and on-site training sessions to remain updated on our clients' sales developments.
  • Work in conjunction with fellow Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Marketing Professionals to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications for Entry-Level Account Management:

  • Previous experience in account management, sales representation, or a related leadership position is preferred.
  • A positive demeanor and a strong desire to cultivate leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being adaptable in a collaborative team setting.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Reliable transportation to the work location.
