Waterworks Aquatics is a leading swim education provider with numerous locations across California and Colorado. We specialize in teaching swimming skills to individuals ranging from infants to adults. Our mission is to promote safety and proper swimming techniques through education and motivation.
Position Overview:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will represent Waterworks Aquatics and serve as the primary contact for families visiting our facilities. You will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring their loyalty through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Exhibit empathy in all interactions with families.
- Manage client registrations, scheduling, payments, and resolve account-related issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and via phone.
- Encourage clients to purchase lesson packages.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve registration goals.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings as per company standards.
- Address client concerns, providing suitable solutions and follow-ups to ensure resolution.
- Recommend additional services based on client needs.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment at all times.
- Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Restock and maintain cleanliness in all restrooms and changing areas.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our programs and facilities.
- Assist with time-sensitive projects as required.
- Provide effective responses to clients wishing to modify their lesson schedules.
- Stay informed and complete all ongoing training by set deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 17 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong background in customer service.
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to effectively engage and acquire new clients.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Willingness to receive coaching and training to enhance performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Active listening skills and adaptability to various personalities.
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
