Job Summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Crew Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure efficient, correct, and profitable job completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Crew Performance: Oversee the performance of individual employees and various crews, ensuring they meet company standards and expectations.
  • Coordinate Crew Activities: Plan and coordinate crew activities, including dispatching crews to job sites, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Enforce Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols, including training employees on safety regulations and ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Manage Equipment and Supplies: Maintain and manage equipment and supplies, including scheduling maintenance, ordering materials, and ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, lead by example, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and the general public, ensuring clear and concise communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Travel throughout the week to assigned crew locations, and be flexible to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years' prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to supervise and delegate work, effective communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
