Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare daily food distributions.
- Respond to inquiries related to pantry services.
- Receive and inspect food deliveries, ensuring quality and proper storage.
- Assist with the transportation of food items as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, including volunteer hours and food distribution logs.
- Coordinate food pickups from donors and local food banks.
- Manage pantry supplies and order new stock as necessary.
- Implement a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for the pantry.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health regulations.
- Ensure pantry equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate regularly with the supervisor regarding inventory levels and client needs.
- Engage respectfully with clients, adhering to pantry guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with regular donors and seek new partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers to support pantry operations.

Qualifications:
