Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a front desk or guest service position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; fluency in the local language.
