- Operational Efficiency: Ensure all front desk checklists and programs are followed, reviewing daily work to confirm it is error-free and maintaining accurate records.
- Cash Handling: Follow proper cash handling procedures, posting and reconciling charges applied to guest receipts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, with cash handling experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive Salary: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
