About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at The Briad Group. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in creating a positive and memorable experience for them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities, as well as local attractions and activities.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and to resolve any guest complaints or issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights, as well as stand for long periods of time.
