Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet and engage all guests, taking personal action to accommodate their individual needs.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, processing financial transactions and arranging special billing needs when necessary.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Manage all guest concerns or requests diligently and without hesitation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with experience in hotel management systems a plus.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
