Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Service Operations to lead our SaaS operational processes in onboarding and servicing our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS operations, with experience in scaling global service offerings, including resource management and financial management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resource Management: Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources. Structure and manage partner agreements to engage external resources efficiently. Identify and execute process enhancements to streamline operations, manage costs, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial goals are met. Optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth integration between implementation, customer support, and product teams. Implement best practices to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Services Management to create and implement strategies that support growth and align with the company's vision.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with scoping, project management, and consulting teams to ensure resource targets, project scopes, and launches are aligned and successful.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of internal and external resources against customer satisfaction of the delivery, conducting regular evaluations and ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Risk Management: Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to address potential operational disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in resource and operations management, preferably within the SaaS industry or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proven track record in operational leadership, with a deep understanding of global compensation, HR technology, or SaaS service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (French or German) are a plus.
