Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Oversee and control expenses related to housekeeping operations.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual budget and financial strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
  • Establish and maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.

Team Leadership

  • Engage with external partners, including guests and vendors, to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any operational issues proactively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication across departments.

Guest Satisfaction

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints to enhance their experience.
  • Manage special requests from VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care.
  • Supervise the lost and found process, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Implement and refine procedures for housekeeping and laundry services to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and budgeting principles.
