We are seeking a Head of Residential Services to spearhead the training and development initiatives for our building personnel across managed properties. In this capacity, you will oversee the execution of our Residential Hospitality Program, which draws inspiration from premier hotel brands, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee building personnel to uphold excellence in operational processes and team performance.
- Work in partnership with the Property Management team to achieve Program objectives.
- Design and implement training materials for both staff and management.
- Establish quality assurance measures to evaluate program success.
- Manage staff recognition initiatives and training sessions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and property assessments.
- Assist in resolving issues and tracking progress towards goals.
- Contribute to the documentation of program methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in the hospitality sector and in developing training programs.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with luxury service or residential sectors.

Compensation:
$120,000 annually
