Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10-15 years of experience in operations management within financial institutions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and banking systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and analytical capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable banking regulations.
