About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team at Brightsmith | B Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in coordinating and planning company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate projects or commitments directly involving the Chief Executive Officer and his direct reports, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive staff to align actions and communications in support of agreed-upon goals, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Provide regular updates to the Chief Executive Officer on project status and variations from schedule or scope, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation for, and facilitation of, the CEO's meetings with executive leadership, current or potential partners, capital providers, industry leaders, and the Board of Directors.
  • Confirm objectives for upcoming meetings and recommend best approaches, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Attend meetings, capture major takeaways, and work with the executive team to ensure follow-through, driving results-oriented action.
  • Develop and/or coordinate communications throughout the company, ensuring clear and concise messaging.

Requirements

  • A Master's in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience is required.
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or analytics-driven roles is necessary.
  • Proven ability to work hard and take direction, while also creatively solving problems and thinking critically.
  • Knowledge of the Renewable industry and key stakeholders in the solar space is desirable, but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, and interpersonal savvy are essential.
  • A results and action orientation, with excellent project management skills, including a high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and work on projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, with the initiative to identify and take on critical projects, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
