North America Strategic Partnerships Manager

Your role will involve cultivating and expanding the strategic alliance between Klugo and Oracle NetSuite, while also driving the sales of Klugo's services provided by our consulting teams in the US and AU. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging this partnership to deliver outstanding value to clients and stakeholders, fostering growth and success for both organisations.

  • Enhance and solidify a collaborative relationship with Oracle NetSuite, concentrating on aligning strategies, initiating joint projects, and maximising shared benefits.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and pursue opportunities for co-selling Klugo's services alongside Oracle NetSuite solutions, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Empower sales and consulting teams in the US and AU to effectively market Klugo's services, equipping them with the necessary resources, training, and support to leverage partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and consulting teams to discern client needs and facilitate successful engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of alliance initiatives and Klugo's service sales efforts, regularly monitoring progress and refining strategies as necessary.
  • Position Klugo as a trusted advisor and industry leader in enterprise technology solutions, utilising partnerships to enhance market visibility, credibility, and competitiveness.
