About the Role

Havenly is a leading interior design service company that is revolutionizing the way people design and shop for their homes. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team and lead the growth and development of our Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Strategy and Growth
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and profitability of the Marketplace.
    • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Merchandising and Product Development
    • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to create high-quality products that meet customer needs.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Collaborate with the growth team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Manage and analyze sales and marketing data to inform business decisions.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
    • Manage and analyze operational data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
    • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within e-commerce or a related field.
    • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
