Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellence in Patient Care: Provide outstanding patient care while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Team Collaboration and Morale: Cultivate a positive and cohesive clinic atmosphere alongside the Location Director
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction and effective service delivery
  • Training and Mentorship: Deliver comprehensive training to clinical staff and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications:
  • Valid certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Experience in aesthetic dermatology or as a charge nurse is preferred
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in Google Suite and clinic management software
  • Availability to work weekends is required

  • Ability to operate aesthetic devices and administer injectables with precision
  • Capability to distinguish colors accurately
  • Physical agility and strength for various tasks
  • Able to lift and manage equipment as necessary
