Position: Senior Cost Management Leader at Turner & Townsend

Our Seattle, Washington office is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Cost Management Leader to spearhead our Cost Management division. This role encompasses collaboration with clients across diverse sectors including Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, Health, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in onsite and in-office work as required.
  • Lead the Cost Management team, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Develop a comprehensive market understanding to generate business prospects.
  • Foster client relationships and support business development initiatives.
  • Oversee financial management of commissions.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and integrity within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Subject Matter Expert in Cost Management.
  • Experience in the construction industry with knowledge of cost consultancy.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • RICS or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and values-oriented.
  • Adept at building strong relationships and managing priorities.
