As a Senior Clinical Nurse Leader, you will deliver exceptional nursing care in alignment with state regulations and organizational protocols. Your role will encompass both primary and specialized health services, collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing a systematic approach based on the Nursing Process.
- Oversee the distribution of workloads among nursing staff, facilitating on-the-job training and performance evaluations.
- Serve as a key resource for inquiries regarding standard policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A nursing degree from an accredited institution (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma).
- Valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of recent nursing experience in a patient care environment.
- Previous experience in an outpatient care setting.
