Role Summary:
As an Aesthetic Sales Specialist at LaserAway, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service while driving sales for our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic offerings. We are looking for confident, high-integrity, customer-focused individuals with a proven sales record. You will conduct consultations and generate excitement for our non-invasive treatments, supported by warm leads from our expert marketing team.
Compensation Structure:
Enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $20.00, along with participation in our lucrative, unlimited commission structure. We are dedicated to recognizing and rewarding talented sales professionals who strive for excellence.
On average, our Aesthetic Sales Specialists earn $35.45 per hour in their first year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and articulate LaserAway's treatment offerings.
- Establish rapport with prospective clients, clarify product and service features, address concerns, and prepare financing agreements with lenders.
- Introduce new offerings to existing clients.
- Promote additional products and services to ensure ongoing client engagement.
- Manage patient check-in/out processes, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining a clean and professional clinic environment.
- Assist with inventory management, light cleaning, and support clinicians with room turnover while upholding brand standards.
- Welcome patients warmly, offer refreshments, and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, remain attentive to clients, and adapt to business needs.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
