About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned advertising leader to join our Global Growth Sales organization as a Senior Partner Scale Leader. This role will be responsible for building and leading the Partner Scale team, which will work with external partners to support the growth of Small and Medium Business Advertisers across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing external vendors or outsourced sales teams, with experience in high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management. They will also have a strong ability to influence Product and Tech teams, as well as lead others in a remote management environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and Lead the Partner Scale Team: The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of top-performing Partner managers who can operate in autonomy in their respective countries with their assigned Vendors.
  2. Develop and Implement Business Plans: The candidate will determine short and long-term business plans and translate them into action plans with the vendors, ensuring alignment with the broader GGS strategy.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Senior Partner Scale Leader will work closely with Sales, Specialists, and Product leaders across locations to ensure that the Partner Scale Go-To-Market plans are well aligned with the broader GGS strategy.
  4. Monitor Performance and Identify Improvement Opportunities: The candidate will monitor the performance of the Partners, identify improvement opportunities to increase their throughput over time, and provide consulting and training support.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Program Management.
  • Proven track record in managing external vendors or outsourced sales teams.
  • Experience of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Experience hiring and developing top talents.
  • Proven ability to influence Product and Tech teams.
  • Proven ability to lead others, even in a remote management environment.
  • Strong motivational and interpersonal skills, as well as intercultural skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment within all levels and organizational units.
  • Proven ability to complete high workload effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
