Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the industrial market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the industrial sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.

  • Prospect and qualify new leads, conducting site visits and presentations to showcase our solutions and value proposition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.

  • Strong understanding of industrial markets, products, and services, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
