Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with policyholders to develop comprehensive insurance risk management profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales databases, client reports, and bookkeeping records to track progress toward goals and share with key stakeholders.
  • Pursue insurance sales with new clients by utilizing sales strategies, including cold calling and networking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to new and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs.
  • Experience working in customer service is beneficial.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must reside in the U.S.

Compensation: $125,000 at plan.
