About the Role

**Job Summary**

Stackr Labs is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive community growth. As the Head of Marketing and Community Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases our innovative Micro-Rollup framework and fosters a thriving community of developers, operators, and users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Brand Development: Build and maintain the Stackr brand, including our mission statement, tagline, communication framework, and brand pillars.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a supportive and collaborative community of developers, operators, and users through various channels, including social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Content Creation: Develop and execute a content calendar that educates and generates excitement for our protocol, including blog posts, social media content, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Public Relations: Manage public relations, media relationships, and major announcements to maximize impact and visibility.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the blockchain infrastructure industry.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in growth marketing, content distribution, and social media strategies.
  • Crypto-Native: A comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency culture, its language, and the mindset of its audiences.
  • Web3 Knowledge: Knowledgeable in Web3 concepts, particularly regarding developer infrastructure, trends, and communities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset, experienced in utilizing data to inform marketing strategies.
