Role Overview
As the Head of Growth Marketing at Gong, you will be crucial in guiding our marketing operations, web initiatives, and managing paid search and social media strategies. Key Responsibilities- Oversee digital marketing channels and pipeline generation for the North American market.
- Enhance all aspects of growth operations, from investment forecasting to pipeline attribution.
- Establish and diligently monitor KPIs and performance metrics, rapidly adjusting strategies to maximize campaign success and meet ambitious pipeline objectives.
- Optimize budget allocation and program performance by assessing campaign ROI and modifying tactics as needed.
- Lead strategic initiatives to synchronize our go-to-market strategy, promoting collaboration across teams and creating streamlined processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Broaden the impact and reach of the Growth Marketing team, cultivating a culture of discipline, best practices, and consistency to facilitate scalability.
- Embody Gong's cultural principles, promoting inclusivity and teamwork as we expand globally.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a diverse, high-performing team to execute growth initiatives with excellence.
- 10+ years of experience in developing and directing growth marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to tackle business challenges with creativity, innovation, and a results-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience with digital channels, including Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display advertising.
- Demonstrated success in driving and scaling pipeline generation in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence, capable of articulating complex concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership skills, focused on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational objectives.
- Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and project prioritization in fast-paced settings.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $153,000 - $227,000 USD. Compensation is determined by factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. Gong employs a location-based compensation structure, which may result in different ranges for candidates in various locations. The total compensation package may also include incentive compensation, bonuses, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs offer the potential for exceeding targeted earnings for those who surpass their sales goals.
