Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Hueman PE Talent Solutions. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the service and sales department by performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Safely: Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers with a warm and positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, direct calls to the appropriate department or person, and gather information for service and sales calls.
  • Correspondence: Compose and type routine correspondence, including emails and faxes.
  • General Clerical Activities: Perform various general clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Order Management: Place orders with vendors and maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
  • Training and Development: Attend training sessions as necessary to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Phone Etiquette: Demonstrate good phone etiquette and follow directions.
  • Time Management: Meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, with one year or more of vocational technical training or equivalent a plus.
