Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Support Intern to assist the Director of Human Resources, IT & Administration. This role is perfect for individuals eager to gain practical experience in office management and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily administrative operations, including data entry and document organization.
  • Welcome clients, customers, and visitors with professionalism.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Help organize and maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Conduct research and compile necessary information for various projects.
  • Prepare outgoing packages for delivery.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in maintaining the kitchen area.
  • Answer phone calls as required.
  • Support Business Development with proposal writing as needed.
  • Provide general assistance to the administration team and other departments as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Previous office or administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Education:
  • Preferred current junior in college (third-year student).

Compensation: Pay will be $15 an hour.
