The Lead Technical Program Manager (LTPM) works closely with our leadership team to elevate their capabilities. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing critical initiatives within device-related portfolios, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  • Creating comprehensive program roadmaps, strategies, and execution plans that cover all phases from planning to production readiness.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineers and Product Managers to achieve exceptional results in product design, development, and delivery.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights and strategic technical judgment to address complex challenges in alignment with business goals.
  • Demonstrating the value of your contributions through measurable metrics and outcomes, building trust and confidence across teams.
  • Establishing strong relationships and trust among teams, effectively collaborating across all organizational levels.
  • Facilitating the alignment of product objectives with broader organizational and team goals.
  • Exemplifying agility principles throughout program execution, guiding teams at all levels to adopt best practices.
  • Enhancing overall impact by mentoring and advising Technical Program Management (TPM) and Engineering teams on program management fundamentals.
  • Quickly identifying and resolving critical issues and dependencies to ensure project success.
  • Balancing business requirements with technical limitations throughout project execution.
  • Driving changes in processes, technology, and organization that align with program objectives and measuring success effectively.
  • Recommending and implementing project improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Applying appropriate software development methodologies to ensure engineering and operational excellence.
  • Leading technical discussions and problem-solving sessions among domain experts.
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to enhance organizational performance and engineering productivity through improved tools and processes.
  • Actively participating in achieving milestones within scaled planning frameworks.
  • Volunteering for additional assignments as desired.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; post-graduate education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience managing complex programs, particularly in device-related initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in product launches and managing the entire product lifecycle from inception to retirement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Telematics is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Scrum and proficiency in other agile methodologies.
  • Ability to deeply understand technical issues.
  • Certifications in program/project management, change management, and/or Lean Six Sigma (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt).
  • Thorough understanding of iterative and incremental product development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira).
  • Experience with scaled planning frameworks like SAFe is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of driving progress despite challenges.
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead effective meetings and workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A demonstrated growth mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
