About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Technical Program Management to join our Customer Success Digital Platforms Team at Intuit Inc. as a key member of the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction to drive efficiency and innovation in the VEP Tech initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Intuit's goals.
  • Program Management: Oversee the progress of VEP Tech initiatives, manage interdependencies, and integrate multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Leadership and Liaison: Provide leadership and liaison across all cross-functional teams, align key stakeholders in executive teams, and manage external engagements and projects.
  • Process Improvement: Develop processes, policies, and procedures to improve team efficiency and ensure organizational priorities and decisions align with the overall mission and vision.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines are met and objectives achieved.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the technical leader in executing their vision, strategy, and goals by identifying opportunities to operationalize and prioritize initiatives.
  • Culture Building: Support the technical leader in building and maintaining a strong culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and manages performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Work experience in a strategy-related role, or equivalent with an emphasis on quantitative skills.
  • Excellence with Strategy and Execution: Ability to be strategic and lead with a clear vision, as well as be hands-on with execution to deliver winning results.
  • Program Management Leadership Experience: Experience leading multiple programs across the life cycle working with technical, product, and functional groups.
  • Excellent Influencing Skills: Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels/functions and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to write strategic papers, 6 pagers, and exec decks for executive-level audiences.
  • Highly Self-Motivated: Willing to proactively take on problem-solving within teams.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, specifically morning and late evening, as the portfolio has a combination of partnerships locally in India as well as across cross-functional stakeholders globally.
  • Program Management and Presentation Tools: Excellence with program management and presentation tools and skills.
  • High Performer: Track record of significant accomplishments.
  • Dynamic and Agile Environment: Ability to work in dynamic and agile environments and be outcome and impact-focused.
