Business Execution Consultant (Site Coordinator)

About this Position:

Wells Fargo is in search of a Business Execution Consultant to be part of the Site Leader Program, a vital initiative under the Chief Administrative Office. This program is essential for enhancing employee engagement and collaborates with various business units, local Senior Leaders, and bank-wide engagement initiatives to improve the employee experience and ensure the success of Wells Fargo locations.

The Business Execution Consultant will focus on two main areas:

1. Serve as the Site Coordinator for assigned regions - providing operational support to the local Site Leader, driving progress on site priorities and action plans, engaging local cabinet members to advance site initiatives, and acting as the primary point of contact for daily program operations.

2. Implement 'bank-wide' initiatives for the site on behalf of the Site Leader Program - collaborating with both bank-wide and local partners to execute, communicate, and assess outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the operational support and initiatives manager for the Site Leader.
  • Assist the Site Leader in establishing site priorities and managing cabinet functions, including leading regular cabinet meetings and preparing relevant materials.
  • Collaborate with cabinet members to ensure progress on critical site initiatives.
  • Ensure that Leaders & Cabinet adhere to established timelines and enterprise procedures.
  • Plan and implement enterprise and local initiatives aligned with the program's strategic objectives.
  • Draft and disseminate Site Newsletters to keep local employees informed and updated.
  • Maintain a calendar of local and enterprise activities for on-site personnel.
  • Keep site records and local contact lists updated.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the site, program, and partners.
  • Be present on-site at the designated office location at least three days per week to assist with site needs as they arise.
  • Coordinate a team of on-site volunteers to aid in the planning and execution of events.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong collaborator and empathetic listener, skilled in engaging diverse groups to gather multiple perspectives.
  • Established connections in the local market across Community Relations, Communications, Employee Resource Networks, and other local employee engagement programs.
  • Ability to effectively lead, partner with, and influence senior executives and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Capacity to foster a collaborative work environment and develop successful partnerships.
  • Experience in independently leading project engagements in collaboration with leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Ability to strategically assess situations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficient in simplifying complex information for effective communication.
  • Experience in engaging with senior leadership.
  • Background in event management.
Job Expectations:
  • Work in the office three or more days per week with the possibility of two days remote.
Compensation:

The pay range for this position reflects the base salary offered. Compensation may vary based on factors such as achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The listed range is just one aspect of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
$80,000 - $143,000.00
