We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at DH Pace Company. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field services, coordinating with technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule technicians to customer job sites, collect and finalize job details, and submit them for processing.
- Dispatch and Scheduling Management: Ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in the correct technicians' schedules for materials ordered, billing, and voided tickets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Run, review, and manage department reports to ensure the department is meeting customer expectations and commitments.
- Billing and Administration: Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
- Service Ticket Management: Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
- Estimating and Technical Support: Work with the estimating team to provide service quotes when required and provide assistance to field techs with technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solving.
- Inventory Management: Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and experience in a dispatch or high-volume administration field is a plus.
- Communication and Time Management Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Customer Service: Must have a strong focus on customer service and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
