  • Manage administrative tasks that support property operations, including inventory tracking and documentation in relevant management systems.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to enhance operational efficiency and address miscellaneous requirements to support client missions.
  • Engage in client meetings and conference calls to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Develop innovative strategies to resolve complex logistical challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in government property management and accountability.
  • Proficient in the Defense Property Accounting System and familiar with property management documentation processes.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Experience in database management.
  • Understanding of FAR, DFARS, and PGI regulations.
  • Familiarity with government installation property and logistics operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively engaging with various property stakeholders.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in overseas property or project management.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams of contractors and suppliers in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of multicultural integration and teamwork dynamics.
  • Familiarity with the DPAS Property Accountability Module.
  • Capability to manage conflicting priorities and requirements.
  • Proficient in gathering and organizing strategic requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Completion of Property Administrator Training.

Clearance Requirement:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
