Job OpportunityAt Certified Federal Credit Union, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to promote our credit union's competitive line of products and services to new and existing members, while building strong relationships with our sponsoring grocery companies.Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed performance goals by promoting new credit union membership, loan products, and other services.
  • Manage existing member accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sponsoring grocery companies and their employees.
  • Spends approximately 90% of their time in the field visiting grocery stores and distribution centers, selling new memberships and cross-selling products and services.
Requirements
  • Must be able to function with minimal supervision and organize site visits.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures is highly beneficial.
  • Must have highly developed and effective organizational, communication, and sales skills.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a financial institution and previous sales position are preferred.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $40,000-$55,000 plus incentives ranging between $25,000-$50,000 per year.
