Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and achieve sales quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in HCM sales, with a proven track record of success in hunting and prospecting for new clients.
  • 2-6 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on net new business development.
  • Experience in SaaS or Tech sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
