The Territory Sales Manager is tasked with promoting and selling General Motors Accessories while enhancing sales strategies within GM Dealerships across the designated region. This role offers a competitive salary combined with commission, along with allowances for vehicle and mobile communication.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional service to GM Dealers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering ongoing improvements in dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Located in the designated region, Territory Sales Managers collaborate with dealership staff to provide training, guidance, and support for GM Accessories sales.
  • Each territory is assigned specific monthly sales targets that align with the goals of individual GM dealerships.
  • Success is measured by surpassing 100% of the territory sales targets and achieving a GM-specified percentage of dealerships exceeding their monthly goals.
  • Engage with dealership executives to enhance sales processes for GM Accessories and identify opportunities for increased profitability.
  • Design tailored GM Accessories displays, promotional materials, and incentive programs to drive sales within each dealership.
  • Facilitate training sessions for dealership personnel on effective GM Accessories sales techniques, including staff from sales, parts, service, and body shop departments.
  • Offer local accessory support for divisional and dealership events.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales role, particularly within dealership operations, is preferred, along with a strong desire to work with dealerships.
  • Full-time commitment is expected, with a focus on the assigned sales territory.
  • Candidates should reside near the designated sales area.
  • A degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Previous military experience is acknowledged and valued.
