Job Summary

The Patient Service Representative is a vital member of our clinical team at Forefront Dermatology. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the waiting area, maintain a clean and organized environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling and Follow-up: Schedule appointments, manage schedules, and follow up with patients as needed.
  • Communication and Coordination: Respond to patient inquiries, coordinate with healthcare providers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or a similar capacity preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications: Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
