Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to support our Physiatry team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our Physiatry team
  • Manage patient flow and waiting room activity
  • Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately
  • Process referrals, diagnostic orders, and lab results
  • Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments, tests, and procedures
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year clerical/office/customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Strong computer skills preferred
