Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to support our Physiatry team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our Physiatry team
- Manage patient flow and waiting room activity
- Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately
- Process referrals, diagnostic orders, and lab results
- Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments, tests, and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year clerical/office/customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong computer skills preferred
