Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond promptly and politely to all customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Processing: Efficiently process customer sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Support to Sales Team: Provide timely and accurate customer information, follow up on scheduling, and cover branch responsibilities as needed.
- Product Handling: Safely maneuver and load cylinders or other products on trailers and customer transportation.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Comply with all company policies, guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Experience: 2 years of inside sales, customer service, or welding experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer ease, comfort, and fluency or the ability to quickly gain necessary skills.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Demonstrate basic mathematical aptitude and function.
- Lifting Ability: Ability to lift 75lbs.
- Education: High school education or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Driving Record: Excellent driving record; Class A or B CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
- Pre-Employment Screens: Ability to pass pre-employment screens.
