Location and Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to support our Physiatry department. This role primarily involves working onsite during standard business hours, contributing to the seamless operation of our outpatient center.
Practice Overview
The Physiatry team specializes in non-surgical interventions for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Our approach is patient-centered, focusing on tailored treatment plans developed by our skilled healthcare professionals.

- Neck and Back Pain
- Sports Injuries
- Workplace Injuries
- Nerve and Muscle Disorders
- Joint, Tendon, and Ligament Injuries
- Arthritis
- Concussions
- Treatment of Disabilities, including Neurological Issues
- Regenerative Medicine
Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and assisting with check-in procedures
- Answering inquiries and providing information
- Collecting co-payments and managing pre-visit paperwork
- Facilitating check-out processes, including appointment scheduling
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Processing referrals and diagnostic orders
- Monitoring patient flow and supporting practice operations
Qualifications
We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about healthcare and possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in clerical, office, or customer service roles, preferably in a medical environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Proficient computer skills
