- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Previous experience working in a retail or delivery environment.
- Knowledge of paint and paint-related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
