Key Responsibilities- Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accurate billing and insurance processing.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the waiting area, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Scheduling and Follow-up: Schedule appointments, manage patient schedules, and follow up with patients as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to patient concerns, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or similar capacity preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Competitive Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience).
