YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Custom Tailoring Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the MTM (Made to Measure) business within the store by advocating for the service, cultivating a clientele, and ensuring that high service standards are upheld.

Reporting directly to the Custom Tailoring Manager, your responsibilities will include optimizing the store's sales growth and maintaining a personal customer portfolio.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
  • Collaborate with the Store Team to maximize sales and revenue by leveraging all available data, insights into the business, and market trends to continuously identify new opportunities for business enhancement.
  • Oversee all MTM clientele and implement strategies with the sales team focused on customer retention.
  • Engage in MTM sales activities alongside the team.
  • Assist with second fitting appointments.
  • Work with the Custom Tailoring Manager to provide MTM training in the Stores, including product measurement techniques and order processing guidelines.
  • Actively promote MTM services beyond the Store.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the appropriate image and style.
  • Participate in local events to enhance brand visibility and store presence.
  • Establish partnerships and connections within the local community.
  • Maintain the MTM area, ensuring all tools are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.
  • Input all MTM orders through FIT and communicate special requests to headquarters.
  • Provide order confirmations to the sales team via email.
  • Maintain the MTM order chart and update information on sold-out fabrics.
  • Coordinate with MTM Administrators to address any delivery or customs challenges related to product imports.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • 2-3 years of experience in garment construction and sizing.
  • Ability to engage in self-directed learning and personal development.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service that reflects luxury standards.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of products and the Zegna collection.
  • Experience in team leadership, including coaching in operational, technical, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 and $85,000 annually, with the final offer dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
