Job Overview

Abaline is in search of a skilled and professional Assistant Manager of Customer Support to enhance our expanding operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring outstanding support while collaborating with the sales division.

This position requires a full-time on-site commitment.

Abaline will cover all transportation expenses for the newly appointed Assistant Manager of Customer Support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers consistently.
  • Supervise a small team of customer service representatives.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues through various communication channels.
  • Efficiently acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide precise information and address customer questions.
  • Accurately process orders, modifications, and applications.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members as necessary to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide insights on the effectiveness of customer service processes to improve service quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold high standards of professional support.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the local area.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in formulating policies, processes, and procedures for customer service teams.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
